Cold and flu / COVID Policy

If you have cold and flu symptoms please book in over the phone with reception staff. We request patients with cold and flu symptoms take a COVID-19 antigen test on the day prior to their appointment.

If you test positive for COVID-19 please contact us to organise an appointment.

Please note: Telehealth appointments cannot be booked online through Health Engine.

Appointment Policy

Any appointments for immunisations (covid, flu, travel, and childhood immunisations) or procedures (biopsies, implanon insertion or removal, ear cleaning, or infusions) will need to be made directly by contacting the clinic.

These appointments are not available to be booked online.

Patients who book a Telehealth and have not attended the practice for a face to face appointment within the past twelve months do not qualify for medicare rebate.
